We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our community. This position is responsible for keeping outdoor areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Part-Time Grounds Keeper Details:

• Temporary position
• $18.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 03:00pm )

• Power wash sidewalks, entryways, and other outdoor surfaces
• Collect and dispose of litter and debris from common areas
• Change trash bags and maintain clean, presentable trash receptacles
• Blow leaves and remove natural debris from walkways, driveways, and landscaped areas
• Clean up pet waste throughout the community
• Assist with other general outdoor maintenance tasks as needed

Part-Time Grounds Keeper Qualifications:

• Dependable and self-motivated
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be committed to consistently working 16 hours each week
• Seeking individuals interested in long-term part-time employment

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
