About the Position
The company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) projects in Greenville, South Carolina . This role is designed for a seasoned construction professional with deep experience managing complex infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.
The Senior Project Manager will have overall responsibility for project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, risk management, and client relationships. This position plays a critical role in mentoring project teams and partnering with executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with significant experience on WWTP or water/wastewater infrastructure projects
- Proven track record managing large, complex public-sector projects
- Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and change management
- Experience working directly with municipal owners, engineers, and regulatory agencies
- Ability to lead and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and support staff
- Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera P6, or similar preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
