As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Durham. NC
• Full-time Schedules
  • Merged Shift (32 hours per week)
    • Saturday - Sunday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM |Monday - Tuesday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Afternoon Shift ( 40 hours per week)
    • Wednesday - Sunday, 2:00PM - 10:00 PM
  • Overnight Shift ( 40 hours per week)
    • Wednesday - Sunday, 10:00PM - 6:00AM
• Part-time Schedule
  • Overnight Shift (16 hours per week)
    • Sunday - Monday, 10:00PM - 6:00AM
• Competitive hourly wage:
  • $17.93 / Hr.
  • Bi-weekly Pay periods

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Must have an active PPSB license.
• Must be over the age of 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You MUST have a state license!
