What You’ll Do

• Tackle routine and corrective maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Run regular inspections to identify issues before they become disruptions.
• Respond to maintenance tickets quickly and close them out with durable fixes.
• Keep detailed logs of work performed, parts used, and follow-up needs.
• Partner with outside vendors and contractors on specialized repairs and projects.
• Support event and meeting logistics through facility setup and teardown.
• Follow safety policies and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in facilities maintenance or related trades.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Sharp diagnostic skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to operate independently while contributing to a team.
• Strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and handle labor-intensive tasks.
