Description

Seeking three Data Analysts to join a growing analytics team supporting strategy. This team works to ensure the right message is delivered to the right customer at the right time by evaluating communication effectiveness, timing, and overall customer experience.

This is a high-impact, builder-friendly role where you will help strengthen our reporting infrastructure, elevate analytical capabilities, and transform complex data into meaningful insights and executive-ready narratives.

Data Analysis & Insights

* Analyze large datasets to evaluate the effectiveness and customer experience of outbound communications

* Identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities across communication touchpoints

* Drive analysis around communication cadence, such as managing high‑volume or overlapping messaging scenarios

Reporting & Visualization

* Develop and enhance reporting frameworks to evolve from monthly to more frequent (e.g., daily) refresh cycles

* Build dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations to clearly communicate insights

* Translate complex analysis into compelling, executive‑level storytelling

Data Infrastructure & Governance

* Partner cross-functionally to improve data quality, reliability, and source system alignment

* Create repeatable processes and maintain robust documentation

* Support ongoing maturation of the analytics ecosystem and reporting infrastructure

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
