Assistant Project Manager
Assistant Project Manager Or Field Engineer (hiring for both openings)
Location: Colfax
Salary: $85K-$90K base + bonus (salary depends on experince)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in overseeing various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project and field activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks and activities
- Perform geotechnical analysis to assess construction site condition Plan and conduct geotechnical testing
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure project timelines are met
- Help in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders
- Assist in budget management and resource allocation
- Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure construction compliance
- Support the project estimation and design process as needed
Qualifications
- Experience preferred with geotechnical construction or civil construction
- Experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Field Engineer role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of geotechnical, heavy civil, and environmental engineering principles is a plus
