We're looking for an experienced Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our Clemmons Clinic. This is a unique opportunity to lead a care team, including a dietitian, exercise trainer, and medical providers, in our innovative model. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the problems and conditions associated with obesity and engaging patients in our multidisciplinary service model. Your services should align with evidence-based practice and productivity standards set by Novant Health and CoreLife leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: A master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Experience: One to three years of experience working in a physician practice setting. Preferred
• Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • A Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor is required.
  • Team members working strictly in behavioral health outpatient clinics are exempt from state-approved curricula but are required to take NEC0170 De-escalation Techniques and Effective Communication Strategies within 3 months of hire, required.
• Additional Skills Required: Good working knowledge of computers. Ability to care for Behavioral Health Age Specific populations.
