Pizza Chef - Livy'S Pizzeria Concord
Heist Brewery & Barrel Arts of Charlotte, NC is looking for one pizza chef to join us at our new Livy's Pizzeria location in Concord, NC. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. Experience with a wood-fired oven is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Stretch pizza dough
- Build pizzas as per specification
- Stock ingredients
- Build and maintain a wood-fired oven
- Prepare simple recipes
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
Qualifications
- Prior kitchen line experience
- Evening availability
- Reliable transportation
- Attention to detail
- Good work ethic & positive attitude
