Window Cowboy is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. We are a residential-heavy business , serving homeowners throughout Mooresville and the surrounding communities. If you take pride in your work and enjoy providing five-star service, this is the job for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-quality window cleaning services that maintain Window Cowboy’s five-star reputation .
- Provide friendly, respectful customer service inside and outside customers’ homes.
- Work safely and effectively on ladders and at heights.
- Keep equipment, tools, and company vehicles clean and properly maintained.
- Follow company procedures to ensure every home is serviced with precision and care.
- Represent the Window Cowboy brand with professionalism and reliability.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- No criminal background (background check required).
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Comfortable working on ladders and in residential environments.
- Extremely detail-oriented — our clients expect spotless results.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated.
