About the Job:

• Job Title: PC Technician
• Location: Whitsett, NC
• Shifts Available:1st and 2nd Shift
• Pay: 16.75/hr

What are we looking for?

• A genuine interest in computers—if you’ve tinkered with them for fun, you’re a great fit!
• A solid understanding of computer components and their functions.
• PC repair experience is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to maintain a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to work in areas outside of the repair station.
• Relevant college education is a plus, even if you lack formal work experience.

Essential Job Functions:

• Accurately diagnose issues and ensure first-time fixes to meet customer service levels.
• Disassemble, remove, and repair equipment as necessary.
• Maintain accurate project records.
• Care for and account for tools assigned to you.
• Perform upgrades and modifications on equipment.
