Inside Sales Representative
Description
IEG is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team, providing sales support to our outside representatives and our branches across the United States. Located in Charlotte, NC, and reporting to the Branch Manager, successful candidates will be responsible for generating new leads, scheduling ongoing follow-up, booking meetings, and facilitating inter-branch communication. Effectiveness in this role is achieved through:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the Branch Manager.
- Collaborate with external sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a Industrial/Commercial B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Inside Sales
- A highly motivated “self starter" with a strong work ethic
- Strong sales aptitude
- Experience and comfort in dealing with all levels of management
- Professional communication skills with an ability to listen, influence, negotiate, and sell over the phone
- Results oriented, self driven, passion for success
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast paced team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- University Degree or College Diploma or equivalent work experience
Salary Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 /Year
