Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working with school-age children strongly valued
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress reporting
• Proficiency in or willingness to learn teletherapy platforms and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments, goal-setting, and direct therapy to students
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Deliver therapy services both in-person and remotely, adapting methods for engagement and effectiveness
