Product Design Engineer - SolidWorks | Furniture Manufacturing | High Point, NC
I'm partnering with a growing, family-owned manufacturer seeking a hands-on Product Design Engineer to lead full-cycle product development in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in Thomasville, NC (moving to Lexington) and offers a competitive salary of $70K-$75K . You'll design and develop furniture products from concept through production, working closely with cross-functional teams and prototypers to ensure designs are functional, manufacturable, and high quality. Strong experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD is key, along with a mechanical mindset and comfort in an environment where priorities shift quickly. If you're passionate about building real products, enjoy seeing your work come to life, and like having a visible impact within a smaller organization, this could be a great fit.
