CDL- A Driver - Paid Training - $1200-$1500 Weekly
Looking for a position where the miles are steady and the pay stays consistent? Drivers here average 2,200–2,500 miles per week with weekly income typically between $1,200 and $1,500. Home time is scheduled every two weeks, so you always know your rotation.
This role offers reliable freight, structured routes, and a straightforward setup from day one.
What You’ll Run
- Dry van freight with no-touch loads
- 60% drop and hook to keep you moving
- Combination of day and night routes
- Consistent freight flow with minimal downtime
Earnings
- $0.56–$0.65 CPM depending on experience
- Typical weekly pay $1,200–$1,500
- 2,200–2,500 miles per week
- Additional pay for stops, delays, and breakdowns
- Pay increases every 6 months
- Weekly direct deposit
- $300 paid orientation
Home Schedule
- Home every two weeks on a predictable cycle

Getting Started
- Drivers newer to the industry are eligible
- 4–6 weeks of hands-on training with a mentor
- Guaranteed weekly pay during training
- Training includes real routes, safety, inspections, and daily operations
- After training, drivers move into solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM
What We Require
- Minimum age 21 with a valid Class A CDL
- Recent CDL holders or drivers with 6+ months experience accepted
- Clean driving history
- No major violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No DUI within the past 5 years
- No safety-related terminations
- Work history must meet hiring standards
- Must pass both urine and hair follicle drug tests
