Clinic Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Support:
- Provide coverage for the clinic front desk and/or clinical areas during staff breaks or meetings
- Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Monitor the waiting area
Support Group Assistance:
- Set up area and materials for group activities or support sessions
- Assist with check-in, attendance tracking, and distributing materials
- Help maintain a safe and supportive environment during group activities
Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness of the clinic's common areas, including waiting rooms, group rooms, and staff break areas
- Disinfect surfaces and equipment regularly, in compliance with health and safety protocols
- Restock supplies such as tissues, sanitizers, and forms
- Alert the supervisor to maintenance or safety issues promptly
