About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist who wants to practice at the highest level without the burnout of traditional outpatient settings. What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 outpatient orthopedic and sports performance care
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on wellness, prevention, and long-term outcomes
• Collaborate with trainers, coaches, and other health professionals in a high‑end gym environment
• Build strong patient relationships with adequate time for quality care
• Participate in clinic growth with opportunities for leadership and profit sharing

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Active PT license (or eligibility)
• Strong interest in orthopedics, sports performance, and preventative care
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Growth‑minded, collaborative, and excited to practice without burnout
