Warehouse Coordinator

SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations started in 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It is a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to support and enhance our warehousing process. This position plays a key role in coordinating daily warehouse operations, supporting inventory accuracy, organizing shipments and deliveries, and helping ensure teams have what they need to work efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Maintain organized inventory layout to support efficient material flow
- Inventory Control & Accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate records
- Shipping, Receiving & Documentation
- Verify shipping and receiving documents for accuracy
- Coordinate timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments
- Team Leadership & Scheduling
- Assign daily tasks and support warehouse staff performance
- Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding
- Safety & Equipment Oversight
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standard
- Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance
- Process Improvement & Efficiency
- Track warehouse KPIs and identify efficiency improvements
- Support cost reduction and workflow optimization initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with production, planning, and logistics teams
- Provide operational updates and support assigned projects
Requirements
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience in furniture, wood products, or similar industries is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience creating policies, procedures, and training materials
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality/ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
