- Perform residential home inspections in compliance with North Carolina Standards of Practice
- Inspect major systems and components including roofing, structure, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and interiors
- Clearly communicate findings to clients on-site in a calm, professional manner
- Produce accurate, well-written inspection reports in a timely manner
- Uphold company quality standards and customer experience expectations
- Represent Mahogany Premium Home Inspections professionally at all times
- Active North Carolina Home Inspector License (Required)
- Strong understanding of residential construction and building systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities
- Reliable, dependable transportation
- Ability to manage a flexible part-time schedule
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience with Spectora or similar inspection software
- Ability to perform ancillary services (radon, mold, sewer scope, etc.) or willingness to be trained
- Background in construction, trades, or engineering
- Part-time, flexible scheduling
- Inspections are assigned based on availability
