Accounts Receivable Specialist I (On-Site Graham NC)

Labcorp is seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist I to join our team at Graham NC.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST

Responsibilities

• Research websites to obtain backup as needed
• Identify issues and trends with assigned payers
• Ensure aged AR is handled according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of remittance
• Remain flexible to everchanging priorities

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year or more work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous accounts receivable, billing, office administration, data entry work experience

Additional Job Standards

• B asic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Access

Pay Range: $ 17.75 - $21.00 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
