Experienced Tile Installers Wanted
CSM Flooring Needs More Experienced Tile Installers!
- Set your own schedule (1099)
- Competitive pay (builder and retail), paid weekly
- Work close by (Triad/Greensboro)
What we are looking for :
- Experience : You know tile inside and out (marble, porcelain, and more)
- Skills : You can use all the tools of the trade safely
- Safety First : You understand basic safety measures
- Construction Know-How : You understand general construction
- Detail-Oriented : You're organized and pay attention to the little things
- Problem Solver : You can think on your feet and handle stress
- Multitasker : You can juggle multiple projects
- Tech Use : You can use apps on your phone
- Blueprint Reader : You can understand layouts and plans
- Math Skills : You have basic math knowledge
Daily Tasks :
- Follow instructions and install/repair tile the right way
- Finish projects on time and to a high standard
- Have the right tools for the job
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Work with the sales and design team to give the customer what they want
- Work with the install team to keep things on schedule
- Turn in paperwork and send photos before/during/after for our files
Must-Haves:
- At least 2-years tile experience (floors, walls, showers, and more)
- Liability insurance and a Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Valid driver’s license
- Come complete an application and show us photos of your past work
- Spanish speaking is a plus
