Experienced Tile Installers Wanted

CSM Flooring Needs More Experienced Tile Installers!

• Set your own schedule (1099)
• Competitive pay (builder and retail), paid weekly
• Work close by (Triad/Greensboro)

What we are looking for :

• Experience : You know tile inside and out (marble, porcelain, and more)
• Skills : You can use all the tools of the trade safely
• Safety First : You understand basic safety measures
• Construction Know-How : You understand general construction
• Detail-Oriented : You're organized and pay attention to the little things
• Problem Solver : You can think on your feet and handle stress
• Multitasker : You can juggle multiple projects
• Tech Use : You can use apps on your phone
• Blueprint Reader : You can understand layouts and plans
• Math Skills : You have basic math knowledge

Daily Tasks :

• Follow instructions and install/repair tile the right way
• Finish projects on time and to a high standard
• Have the right tools for the job
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Work with the sales and design team to give the customer what they want
• Work with the install team to keep things on schedule
• Turn in paperwork and send photos before/during/after for our files

Must-Haves:

• At least 2-years tile experience (floors, walls, showers, and more)
• Liability insurance and a Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• Valid driver’s license
• Come complete an application and show us photos of your past work
• Spanish speaking is a plus
