Seeking MRI Technologist for night shifts at a new medical center in Wilmington, NC to perform and operate MR imaging, prepare patients, and produce diagnostic scans. Offers full-/part-time/PRN schedules with sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, and requires ARRT MR certification and applicable state licensure (or ability to obtain within 6 months). Preferred associate degree and minimum one year MR experience, with IV credentialing required.

Position Summary
The MRI Technologist assists physicians in performing diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing patients and safely operating MR equipment to obtain quality diagnostic scans.
Education
High School Diploma or GED, required
2-Year / Associate Degree, preferred
Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program or MR Program, required
Experience
Minimum of one year of experience in MR, preferred
Licensure/Certification
- NH Medical Center: Certified and registered by ARRT in MR – RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR) within 6 months of hire, required
- NH Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility: Certified and registered within 6 months of hire in ARRT RT(R)(MR), required
- Hospital Outpatient Department: Certified and registered by ARRT in MR – RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR), required
- IV Credentialed, required
- Applicable state license, required
