Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Opportunity Overview An established and growing provider of autism care services is expanding and re-energizing its Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinics across North Carolina. This team is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented clinical environment. Position Highlights Location: Charlotte, NC Setting: Clinical environment (no nights or weekends) Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid in installments over the first year with a one-year commitment) Compensation: Competitive salary performance incentives Benefits Package: Health Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Strong patient demand with an active client waitlist Referral bonus opportunities Clear pathways for internal career advancement Supportive, team-oriented, and positive work culture Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to evaluate client needs Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) using evidence-based ABA principles Provide direct behavior analytic services, including assessment, programming, and data analysis Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making Train, supervise, and mentor behavior technicians and clinical staff Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and evaluate effectiveness of interventions Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation and treatment records Stay current with research, best practices, and advancements in applied behavior analysis Required Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies, and intervention strategies Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior plans Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools/software Strong communication and collaboration skills High level of organization, attention to detail, and critical thinking ability Current CPR and First Aid certification Additional Details Full-time position Ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided Must adhere to BACB ethical and professional standards About the Opportunity This organization is committed to improving outcomes for individuals with autism and fostering a workplace culture built on collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence.
