Role Overview:

As a S tore Manager , you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations while specializing in print and document services. You will manage customer relationships, lead store activities, and ensure high-quality printing solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys providing creative solutions, and has strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Print Assistant Duties:

• Assist customers with a wide range of print services, including business cards, posters, banners, flyers, and custom projects etc.
• Operate and maintain print equipment for production, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Provide design and technical advice to customers, including file setup, layout adjustments, and proofing.
• Perform finishing tasks like laminating, binding, and cutting to meet customer specifications.
• Mange Print Inventory supplies from Ink and Toner to Paper and Materials
• Work With 3rd Party Vendors to provide seamless Print Jobs, Projects For Print Orders We cannot do in house
• Sublimation and other Duties Assigned

Store Management Duties:

• Supervise and lead the team to ensure smooth store operations.
• Handle store opening and closing procedures independently
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Manage cash handling, register operations, and store inventory.
• Train and support team members to develop their skills and enhance overall performance.
• Maintain the store’s cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Oversee mailbox services, including accepting, sorting, and distributing mail.
• Monitor and meet store goals, including revenue targets and customer satisfaction metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of print and document services, including file formatting and graphic design basics.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and Holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in graphic design or printing services.
• Prior management or supervisory experience REQUIRED
• Public Notary certification (optional but preferred).

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay Range: $35,000 to $45,000 Salary (based on experience)
• Expected Hours: 45 hours per week
