Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Fayetteville, NC

Full-Time | $21–$26 per hour | In-Clinic Role

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Fayetteville clinic. This is a hands-on, center-based position working directly with children to support communication, social, and daily living skill development through ABA therapy.

Position Details

• Location: Fayetteville, NC
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  
• Employment Type: Full-time
  
• Compensation: $21–$26 per hour (based on experience & credentials)
  
• Certification: Active RBT required
  

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a structured clinic environment
  
• Follow treatment goals and behavior support plans developed by a BCBA
  
• Collect skill and behavior data using electronic systems
  
• Use structured teaching, play-based strategies, and naturalistic instruction
  
• Support daily routines, transitions, and clinic safety procedures
  
• Collaborate with BCBAs and teammates to promote progress
  

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required)
  
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM
  
• Experience working with children preferred
  
• Able to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout sessions
  
• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
