What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues; execute preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Assist with the installation and inspection of complex machinery.
• Conduct quality tests and close technical issues with data-driven actions.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and follow safety procedures without compromise.
• Support internal communications, document work clearly, and contribute to small-scale improvements.
• Engage in training programs to continuously build technical capabilities.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Technical education or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 7–12 months of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or mechatronics.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Proven ability to interpret policies and apply safe work practices.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience supporting equipment utilization and service activities.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with technical support experience.
• Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning through training.

Tools & Techniques You’ll Use

• PLC troubleshooting and PLC programming.
• Industrial and manufacturing engineering principles.
• 5 Why root-cause analysis for problem solving.
• Troubleshooting pneumatic systems.
