Team Lead – Outbound Sales & Performance Monitoring
The hiring company is seeking a a motivated and results-driven Team Lead to oversee the daily performance, productivity, and development of outbound sales representatives. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, monitoring team activity and KPIs, coaching team members, and ensuring consistent execution of outbound sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized leader, and performance-focused professional with experience in outbound sales environments. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching
· Lead, motivate, and support a team of outbound sales representatives.
· Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings.
· Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance improvement guidance.
· Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
· Assist with onboarding and mentoring new sales representatives.
Sales Performance Management
· Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and results.
· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including call volume, conversion rates, appointments set, sales closed, and revenue generated.
· Ensure team members meet or exceed established sales goals.
· Analyze performance data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Develop action plans to improve underperforming metrics.
Quality Assurance & Monitoring
· Review outbound calls, CRM activity, and sales interactions for quality and compliance.
· Ensure sales representatives follow company scripts, processes, and customer service standards.
· Provide constructive feedback to improve communication and sales effectiveness.
· Maintain accurate records and reporting of team performance.
Operational Support
· Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies and process improvements.
· Prepare and submit performance reports to leadership.
· Assist in scheduling, workload management, and resource planning.
· Support cross-functional communication between sales, operations, and customer service teams.
