We are looking for individuals who pay attention to detail, are precise and creative, and are willing to contribute to the process of creating a quality piece of furniture. Employees are expected to work in a fast-paced production environment using various industrial machines. Competitive hourly rate will be decided based on experience.

Responsibilities/ Duties • Demonstrate professionalism and ability to work in a team-driven environment • Read and interpret basic blueprints • Order and maintain inventory of materials • Maintain equipment and ensure work area is clean and safe at all times Minimum Qualifications • Experience in manufacturing • Ability to speak and understand English • Able to work accurately, efficiently and safely • Manual dexterity and prior experience working with power tools • Physical skills to perform manual labor and remain standing throughout a shift and a steady hand to make accurate measurements and precision cuts • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing. • Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. • Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching. • Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds • Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.
