• Plan, organize, and execute events, from small gatherings to large-scale activations.

• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless event delivery.

• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, setup, and on-site management.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to bring creative event concepts to life.

• Monitor event performance and provide post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.

• Ensure all events align with Signal Tru Brand’s quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in event planning or project coordination.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
