Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery License: Active RN License Certifications: NRP, BLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Must-Have Skills/Experience: 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience Couplet care experience LDRP experience Some NICU experience Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification Description: Looking for a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. The position involves providing quality care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be comfortable with a patient ratio as per AWHONN guidelines. The role may require flexibility to adapt to changes in census. No scheduled call requirements are needed, but staff may be rotated based on unit needs. The patient population will include a diverse range of individuals. Supervision will be provided by experienced nursing staff. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment that prioritizes patient safety and care.
