Travel Certified Medication Aide Geriatrics Job
- Core responsibilities: provide safe medication assistance under supervision, verify dosages, document administration, monitor residents for adverse reactions, and report changes in condition to the nursing team. Assist with activities of daily living as needed, reinforce medication education with residents and families, and contribute to accurate medication reconciliation and care plans. Maintain meticulous records, uphold infection control and safety protocols, and participate in care conferences to optimize treatment goals.
