About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Window and Door Install Assistant to join our team for new home construction projects. In this role, you will assist our experienced installation crew with the installation of windows and doors in new residential builds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and grow within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of windows and doors in new home construction projects.
• Transport, load, and unload materials and tools to and from job sites.
• Help measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation.
• Secure windows and doors in place, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
• Seal and weatherproof installations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the lead installer and other team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 or more years in the construction field.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs).
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Clean driving record with minimal moving violations.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must provide and maintain your own basic hand tools (recommended tool list will be provided).
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Willing to work occasional Saturdays, and in other markets, Asheville, Winston-Salem, Raleigh, or Greenville, SC.
