Job Title: Fire Alarm System Technician
Location: Charlotte NC 28227 (100% On-Site)
Full time - Direct Hire
Start Date: ASAP
Industry: Commercial Fire Protection / Life Safety Systems

We’re hiring a Fire Alarm Service Technician to inspect, test, repair, and maintain fire alarm systems in commercial buildings. Ideal candidates have 2–10 years of experience, knowledge of NFPA codes, and experience working with systems from manufacturers like Notifier, Siemens, Honeywell, Simplex, and others. NICET certification is preferred.

Key responsibilities include: troubleshooting, programming alarm panels, handling emergency service calls, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Experience in fire alarm systems (inspection, maintenance, or installation)
• Understanding of NFPA 70 & 72 and local fire codes
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, and pass background/drug tests
