Job Description: We're seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You'll play a vital role in implementing behavior-based treatment plans, educating parents, and conducting data collection. Job Type: Part-Time (20-25 hours)
Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 2:30pm-6:30pm & every other Sunday, 1pm-5pm

Work Location: In-Person / Client Home/Daycare - Rocky Mount, NC

Responsibilities:

• Work effectively with children
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director
• Conduct comprehensive data collection and maintain session reports
• Implement behavior-based treatment plans
• Educate parents on classroom support techniques
• Ensure safety and quality care for clients
• Establish professional relationships with parents, colleagues, and community resources
• Maintain training materials and supplies
• Advocate for children and families, facilitating referrals to community resources

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Experience with children is preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Professional childcare experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders is required
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is preferred
