Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $55 - $58.75 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Support intake and prioritization processes, establishing transparent and consistent methods for evaluating and onboarding new work into the product backlog.
Product Delivery (Planning, Prioritization, Delivery, Release):
• Ensure all defined JIRA standardization, requirement templates, and JIRA fields and labeling are implemented and followed within the teams for consistency.
• Create and manage a release plan
• Coordinate cross-functional activities, and cross-product areas,that advance the work owned by the Product Area, helping teams stay focused on delivering committed outcomes.
• Facilitates scrum of scrum with product, scrum and DDI leads to gather execution updates, blockers and dependencies.
• Track and manage intra and inter-product area dependencies, track and manage impediments to features/stories, coordinate testing approaches, and ensure necessary conversations between engineers across different teams are occurring,
