Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care travel assignment in Washington, North Carolina, starting 05/16/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,349 to $1,426. The position features an 8-hour day shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) on a 5x8 schedule in a long-term care nursing home setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and report to supervising staff
- Perform routine nursing procedures and ensure resident safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records; uphold privacy and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support quality of life

Requirements
- Active NC LPN license or compact license
- BLS certification
- 1+ year of geriatric LPN experience
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Local candidates only
- Availability for the 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. day shift
