This travel assignment is in a long-term care (LTC) setting. The role requires coverage during evening hours with every-other-weekend obligations. Earn a consistent weekly rate while delivering patient-centered care in a geriatric care environment. Key Highlights

- Schedule note: Every other weekend required Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision of a registered nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.
- Monitor vital signs, assess resident condition, and report changes promptly to the supervising RN.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Document care provided and update care plans or logs in the electronic medical record as required.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care and discharge planning as needed. Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program.
- Ability to work evening shifts (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) and every other weekend.
- Effective communication skills and ability to document accurately.
- Prior experience in a long-term care or geriatric care setting preferred.
