General Information

· Number of Staff – 13

Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 3-4 RN’s/1 Rad Tech per location

o Night Shift – n/a

· Patient Ratios – 1:1 or 1:2

· Type of equipment – Vital signs monitors/C-Arm Fluoroscopy/Lead Aprons

· EMR -Cerner

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· IV starts

· Knowledge of blood thinners/NSAIDS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Proficient in patient assessments

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Cervical & lumbar epidural injections, sacral iliac joint injections

· Hip injections, medical branch blocks

· BCLS, RN
