Job Description

We are currently seeking a Tool and Die Machinist to join our production team. This hands-on role is ideal for a detail-orientated and skilled individual with experience in CNC, manual machinery, along with solid understanding of CAD programs on CMMS software. You will be an integral part of our fabrication process, working closely with engineering and maintenance teams to produce precision components and machinery for production flow.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and repair MIG welding fixtures; resistance welding fixtures, punch press dies and press break tooling.
• Make carious cutting/shearing tools; make repairs
• Work with tooling prints, blueprints, make determination from drawings
• Perform technical tasks in tool and die processes, construction, maintenance, and repair of machine parts, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, metal stamping and forming.
• Weld with Mig and Tig and use heat-treating processes for fabrication

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Working knowledge of CAD and CMMS software
• 5 years of Tool and Die making
• Journeyman Certification is a plus
• 3-5 years experience with Mig and Tig fabrication
• 3-5 years CNC Operation of Mills and Lathes

The base pay range for this position is $60k - $65k, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
