TRC is looking for an Accounting Clerk for a client in Greensboro, NC!

What you get:

• Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

• Weekly pay

• Contract to hire role

What you will be doing:

• Provide support in account reconciliations and month-end closing procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure completion of various accounting tasks.

• Manage customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts for necessary actions.

• Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reconciliation.

• Perform tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP), including coding invoices and invoice processing.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Karmak ERP in performing various accounting tasks.

• Take on other responsibilities as needed.

What we need:

• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable Clerk role or similar.

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is a plus.

• Excellent data entry skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.

• Proven track record in Invoice Processing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.

• Familiarity with general accounting practices (debits and credits).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Karmak ERP or similar accounting software is a plus.

• Experience with IBS is also a plus.
