Card Boxing Clerk

SUMMARY Box and prepare cards for shipment. Will be a team-player, detail-oriented, and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - The following statements are intended to describe the general nature of the level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned. - Perform incoming receipts for cards.
- Notify project coordinators of project receipts.
- Request box labels from project coordinators.
- Responsible for preparing box cards and boxes for shipment.
- Place completed cards on shipping shelves.
- Notify respected party that the TA cards are ready to be shipped.
- Responsible for updating and providing lists of shipping materials needed for monthly supply orders.
INTERACTION This position will interact with internal co-workers in our Durham, North Carolina office and in our Carlsbad, California office. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/A EDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent. Equivalent work experience is a plus. REQUIREMENTS - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES - Knowledge of Microsoft office.

- Basic data entry abilities.
- Maintain an organized and stocked staging area.
- Ability to assemble daily orders by shipping locations or any other shipping categories.
- Consistently employ effective time-management skills, and work any additional hours required.
