We are seeking motivated Landscape Install Technicians who enjoy working outdoors, thrive in a team environment, and take pride in building projects that positively impact communities. In this role, you will be part of our installation crews, helping create beautiful and functional landscapes while developing new skills and growing within a company that values reliability, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Travel time to the job site and all hours worked on-site are paid, though return travel to the shop is not compensated.

What Success Looks Like

• Assist in the installation of landscape projects, which may include sod, plantings, trees, shrubs, and hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Prepare work sites by unpacking materials, organizing supplies, and ensuring alignment with project plans and the crew leader's guidance.
• Safely and effectively operate hand tools and small equipment, including shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and power tools under supervision.
• Help with the setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting of irrigation systems to ensure that installed landscapes receive adequate watering.
• Keep the work area tidy by removing debris, organizing tools, and ensuring the site is left in a professional state.
• Adhere to safety protocols and follow the crew leader’s directives to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
• Participate in seasonal activities such as snow removal, de-icing, and other weather-related tasks as needed.
• Care for and store tools, equipment, and materials properly at the end of each workday.
• Work collaboratively with team members to address on-site challenges and achieve high-quality results that uphold the company's standards.
• Represent the LOVING professionally when interacting with clients, neighbors, or the public at job sites.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned, supporting the company's mission and core values of community, integrity, and impact.

Requirements

• Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to safely use hand tools and follow instructions
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Spanish‑speaking skills are a plus
• Must pass a drug screening
• For driving‑eligible roles: clean driving record (past 3 years) and DOT medical exam
