Work Arrangement: Onsite

Location: Wilmington, DE

Duration: Full-time contract (40 hours/week; 2,088 total hours)

Engagement Type: W-2 only. No sponsorships, Corp-to-Corp, or 1099 arrangements permitted.

Overview:

The Full Stack .NET with Angular provides advanced systems analysis, application design, and development in support of enterprise applications. The role functions as a principal application designer on major enhancements, contributing both individually and in a leadership capacity across development initiatives. The engineer evaluates business requirements, delivers technically sound solutions, and supports day-to-day application operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee systems analysis, solution design, and application development on basic to complex projects.
• Serve as an individual contributor on complex efforts while directing junior development resources when required.
• Prepare and manage the technical components of project plans , tasks, estimates, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Technology teams throughout analysis, development, and user acceptance testing .
• Prepare and execute test plans, including debugging and test data creation.
• Assess system interdependencies and impacts across interfacing applications and platforms.
• Produce clear technical specifications, functional documentation, charts, diagrams, and tables . Review documentation prepared by less experienced staff.
• Maintain the efficient operation and effectiveness of supported applications.
• Recommend new technologies, policies, and processes to improve delivery and performance.
• Follow and promote standard development procedures and adhere to risk, regulatory, and internal control expectations .

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree + minimum 5 years systems analysis/application development experience , or a combined 7+ years education/work experience including 5+ years development experience .
• Experience working with application development software and hardware platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve application issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; capable of balancing multiple complex initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working autonomously as well as within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple components in complex project environments.

Technical Skill Set:

• .NET (C#), SQL Server, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, Angular
• Object-oriented principles, RESTful APIs, performance tuning
• Entity Framework Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Additional Information:

• This role cannot be fulfilled remotely onsite presence is required.
• The Full Stack .NET with Angular reports to a Technology Team Lead and may serve in a project leadership capacity for small to large scope efforts.
• Interaction with senior leadership, project stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional technology teams is expected.
