Join the culinary team at The Country Club of North Carolina as a Line Cook and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. In this role, you'll prepare and cook high-quality menu items for the Bistro Dining Room while supporting catering and event operations as needed.
Working under the Executive Sous Chef, you'll ensure dishes meet the club's standards for quality, consistency, and presentation while helping maintain an organized, efficient kitchen environment. CCNC is a premier private club in the "Home of American Golf," offering a professional team culture and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist with catering and banquet food preparation for events
Maintain clean and organized kitchen workstations
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Assist with opening, closing, and inventory rotation
