Your Responsibilities

As a Contract Sales Auditor for JD Cary located in Cary, North Carolina , you will:

• Audit government agency purchase orders to ensure compliance with state and federal contracts
• Utilize JD systems to process quotes, dealer settlements, credits, reinstatements, and Customer invoices
• Resolve issues for internal and external stakeholders
• Answer agency and dealer phone calls via Touch Point
• We value work-life balance and encourage employees to take vacation. However, because our peak season is March–July, we ask all team members to schedule time off outside of this window to support customer and team needs

What Skills You Need

• Accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Problem solving
• Agile and adaptable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skils
• Proficiency in Excel

What Makes You Stand Out

• Knowledge of the dealer channel
• Experience managing relationships with dealers and customers
• One or more years of experience in an accounting/business role
• SAP experience

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent related work experience
