We're looking for talented Pet Stylists to join our growing family in our brand-new, state-of-the-art salon. Whether you're an experienced groomer, a recent graduate, or someone with strong styling skills and a passion for pets, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Groom and style dogs according to breed standards and client preferences
• Perform scissoring, blending, shaping, and specialty styling
• Assess skin, coat, ears, nails, and overall pet wellness
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences during check-in and check-out
• Maintain accurate client and pet records
• Deliver stellar customer service, checking clients in & out, & retail sales
• Provide status updates to owners as their pet moves through the process
• Recommend products and services that improve pet health and wellness
• Practice Salty Dawg Pet Salon cleanliness and safety standards

Who You Are

Skills & Experience

• Grooming experience: different experience levels welcome
• Knowledge of grooming tools, techniques, and pet safety
• Understanding of sanitation and safety standards
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes
• Knowledge of grooming best practices, procedures, and safety and sanitation
• Willingness to become proficient in our Learning, Culture, Service, and Sales systems
• Willingness to participate in the Fear Free® Groomer Certification Program
