About the SDR Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a key role in building relationships with potential enterprise clients. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and setting meetings for the sales team. Your role is essential in driving business growth, and this opportunity offers the chance to develop a deep understanding of the sales process, product knowledge, and how to strategically engage with C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage & Educate: Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn, sharing insights about our partners’ innovative products and services.

  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads, scheduling high-value meetings with decision-makers.

  • Enterprise Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Meet Targets: Demonstrate your results-driven mindset by hitting key performance metrics, from outreach to conversion.

  • Learn & Grow: Gain proficiency in prospecting strategies, CRM tools, and the latest sales best practices, earning an industry-recognized certification along the way.

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability during the 12-week Residency program

  • A strong understanding of the SDR role and its key responsibilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A university degree that demonstrates your academic discipline and ability to execute at a high level
