We are currently partnered with a growing real estate firm in Raleigh, NC. They are looking to bring on a VP of Investments to their team to lead acquisitions efforts for their group.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President Investments, located in Raleigh, NC. The selected individual will be engaged in underwriting and analyzing potential investments, performing financial analyses, participating in due diligence, and preparing investment memos. Furthermore, they will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with investors, partners, brokers and other market participants.

Qualifications

• Investment management, financial analysis, and due diligence skills
• Experience in preparing investment memos and reports
• Strong relationship-building skills with investors, partners, and vendors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
