Pay Range: $17.00 - $25.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, some nights or weekends during peak season

Responsibilities:

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of installations
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine installation procedures
• Measure and cut materials to fit specifications for ductwork and other components
• Assemble and install HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air handlers, condensers, and ductwork
• Inspect and test installed systems to ensure they meet performance and safety standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in HVAC installation
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA certification or the ability to receive
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and to work in confined spaces
