Hotel Front Desk Agent Part Time

The Hilton Conrad Award winning, Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Airport, is offering an exciting opportunity for a friendly, energetic, dependable, guest-focused individual to work as a Guest Service Representative who is available to work weekdays and weekends in the Charlotte Airport Location. Primary shift is 3:00pm to 11:00pm.
**This position could potentially grow to Full-Time and growth within the Company and Hotel industry**
What will I be doing?
As a Guest Service Representative, you are responsible for checking in and out guests and answering phones. You will greet and deliver excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized work area at all times
- Able to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Answer incoming calls
- Create and modify reservations
- Greet every guests upon arrival and departure
- Check in and out guests utilizing a PMS system
- Communicate effectively with other departments
- Deliver Amenities to guests rooms
- Cash Handling
- Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
- Be environmentally aware
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
