**What You'll Do:**
+ Greet and assist visitors and employees at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
+ Monitor access points and verify identification to help to deter unauthorized entry to the location.
+ Follow site-specific security-related procedures and protocols as directed by Allied Universal and location management.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner and report as required.
+ Support emergency response activities according to established protocols.
+ Maintain accurate logs and documentation of security-related activities and visitor information.
+ Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management and location staff regarding security-related matters.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
